Rescheduling/cancellation: Free reschedule or full refund 72 h before your booked consult time; otherwise the session is held or delivered by email.

Notes for all Build-Your-Trip products

• Vehicle: Comfortable 7-seat MPV; child/booster seats on request.

• Group Size: Up to 5 guests per private group.

• Customization: Combine sites same day where realistic (e.g., Hanging Temple + Yingxian Wooden Pagoda). We’ll optimize pacing and meal stops.

• Upgrades: On-tour photography/video add-on; sunrise/sunset timing; hotel/HSR/airport pick-ups and intercity drop-offs (priced by distance/time).

• Cancellation: Free ≥72h; within 72h deposit retained; weather/official closures → flexible reschedule or refund of affected portion.
