  • We suggest 7 days in advance for best availability. If your visit is sooner, place the order and message us—we’ll try to accommodate.

  • We strongly recommend that guests carry their own travel/medical insurance. Our services are limited to consulting, interpretation, and documentation.

    • Consulting / Interpretation / Photography: Free reschedule or full refund ≥ 48 hours before the booked start time.

    • Within 48 hours, we’ll try to reschedule; if not possible, the booking is considered held for your slot and is non-refundable.

    • If we must cancel due to extreme weather, site closure, or safety reasons, you receive a full refund.

  • We provide trip-planning consultation, English–Chinese on-site interpretation at specific attractions, and optional photography / video documentation. We do not sell or operate packages, transport, tickets, or hotels. Guests purchase those directly from licensed providers.

  • A 30-minute planning consult plus a concise route suggestion (time estimates, opening hours, key site notes, and a simple checklist). Delivery is by email/PDF within 24–48 hours after we receive your intake form.

  • After booking, we share a day-of WhatsApp/WeChat contact and a simple meet-up plan.

  • Per service booking (group price). If extra time is needed on site, we can extend by availability (e.g., +$10 per additional 30 minutes).

  • We do not sell transport, tickets, accommodation, or insurance. You book and pay those directly with licensed providers.

  • Up to 5 guests per session (consulting call is per booking; on-site services are designed for small parties). For larger groups, contact us to discuss added interpreters.

  • Professional on-site documentation and edited deliverables (e.g., 20 or 30 photos; optional 45–60s highlight video) delivered via an online gallery link. This is a documentation add-on only; tickets/transport are not included.

  • No. We only provide consulting, interpretation, and photo/video documentation. We’ll share official ticket links or guidance so you can purchase directly.

  • Store prices are shown in USD. We accept PayPal / card in-checkout. For CNY bank transfer or WeChat/Alipay (manual invoicing), message us—available for interpretation/photography where permitted.

  • Yes. We are happy to recommend reliable local hotels, boutique guesthouses, and restaurants with regional character. We do not charge a commission for recommendations.
    If you prefer, we can also assist with making reservations on your behalf.

  • We’ll advise an alternative time or site the same day if possible. If that’s not workable, we refund in full for the affected service.
